Responsibilities include:

• Performs administrative and general office duties of a responsible & confidential nature.

• Provides office support to Directors.

• Schedules meetings and prepares agendas and minutes.

• Orders unit supplies.

• Unit schedule entry in resq.

• Facilitates current licensures and certifications for staff.

• Prepares correspondence & documents, reports as needed.

• Participates in new hire orientation as needed.
