  • Data Storytelling: Visualize extensive data sets, translating them into compelling trends and actionable insights, contextualising with comparable artist sets and market trends.

  • Strategic Narrative: Develop compelling narratives by analyzing consumer attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors across music and various social platforms.

  • Project Leadership: Shape, lead, and manage high-priority projects from end-to-end, ensuring the delivery of visually appealing and impactful reports.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present key findings, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, fostering a deep understanding of consumer dynamics.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of data quality, reliability, and accuracy in all deliverables.

  • Collaboration and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with labels, research analysts, and stakeholders, anticipating needs and proactively identifying opportunities to add value through consumer research.

About you:

  • Experienced in industry-standard research tools and methodologies such as Chartmetrics, YouGov Signals, Luminate, Meltwater, Brandwatch, and Google AdWords Keyword Planner.

  • Strong analytical skills, including working with large datasets, data modelling, data preparation, and data visualisation. SQL expertise is preferable.

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Ability to ask the right questions and identify the most effective research methods to address business challenges.

  • Adaptability: Capable of working under pressure, effectively prioritising conflicting requirements, and maintaining an evidence-based approach.

  • If you're ready to revolutionize, innovate, and lead change, join our global team and be a part of shaping the future of the music industry!
