The Director of Analytics & Account Services position is a full-time employment opportunity. The Director of Analytics & Account Services will help the Education Partnerships team use data to make better client services investments, account management and client activation decisions. At the direction of the VP, with input and consultation with the departmental DVPs, this new role will be responsible for developing effective strategies to drive enhanced coordination of the departmental account management and event representative functions to better service the needs of our Full Tuition Grant and Tuition Benefit partners. Using internal and external information to more clearly understand our partners and their student's needs and behaviors, the Director will measure, analyze and optimize our account management activities across our entire portfolio of corporate partnerships. The ideal candidate has experience in corporate partnerships, customer and/or client services and has strong set of quantitative, analytic and data management skills.
Essential Job Duties:
Define & implement reporting dashboards which enable department leaders to monitor, analyze, improve, and control metrics across hundreds of accounts.
Utilize predictive analytics and forecasting techniques to set targets; Conduct performance analysis on a deliberate and ad hoc basis
Identify performance opportunities, conduct root cause analysis to quantify impact, and propose data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes.
Develop dynamic forecasting models that utilize both quantitative and qualitative measures to predict improved client services outcomes.
Developing and maintaining models to forecast client activation programs.
Develop performance management models which provide visibility to department leaders into divisional performance; align goals and expectations down to the account level to streamline processes
Conducting survey data analysis.
Collaborate with internal business partners to data mine information regarding student behavior and trends that can be used to enhance our client services strategies and execution. Ensuring commonality of terms, sources and data sets with other Ashford University and Bridgepoint Education departments.
Partnering with IT and Data Management to implement identified requirements
Managing relationships and projects with third-party administrators.
Working closely with other managers within the department and the organization at-large to use what you have found.
Using data findings to develop and deliver impactful presentations to senior leaders, C-Suite executives and other key stakeholders
Identifying and recommending process improvements related to account management, event coordination activities.
Integrating work with other teams including Education Partnerships Operations and the account teams.
7+ years of work experience in analytics, corporate partnership and/or client services.
Experience with predictive modeling and other statistical techniques.
Experience using Power BI and Tableau to create data visualizations and publish data.
Forecasting models around account management, event planning activities.
Advanced Excel skills like creation of data tables, pivot tables & reporting, solver and simulations.
Superior oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and shifting priorities .
Ability to effectively present data findings and business implications to senior leadership.
Collaborative and team oriented.
Experience with Salesforce.
Ability to communicate analytical and technical concepts with confidence and in an easy-to-understand fashion.
Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related quantitative field preferred. In lieu of related degree, candidates with Master's Degree and 4+ years of corporate partnerships and/or client services analytics experience will be considered.
