The Director, Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) & Physician Practiceswill report to the VP, ASCs & Enabling Technologies, J&J MedicalDevices Strategic Customer Group. Youwill be responsible for overall outpatient channel account management &strategy execution focusing on Ambulatory Surgery Centers and PhysicianOffices. Incumbent will develop and manage a highly effective team of ASC and HAManager Strategic Accounts (MSAs) & Contracting Directors (CDs).
Lead ASC and HA account managementteam in developing & executing the ASC & HA national / area growth strategiesto deliver business plan
Establish sustainablerelationships with key ASC executives, economic decision makers & strategicpartners that enables transformation of the current commercial model bycreating joint value that results in the ongoing reduction of costs, continuousprocess improvement, growth and profitability for both partner
Lead and support field contractingstrategies, implementation and measurement
Work collaboratively andconsultatively to match customer's needs and expectations with internalMD/J&J capabilities (e.g. Professional Education, Supply Chain and
Logistics, Data Analytics, and Health Economics, Finance, Marketing, R&D,Outcomes Research) Guide team to develop strategies that translate sector &franchise specific goals into channel & customer specific business plans.
Assess customer needs and aligninternal resources to optimize customer satisfaction and business goals, drivecontract pricing and compliance.
Be lead partner with EarlyIntervention Team and other stakeholders in developing the MCO national andarea strategies
Lead engagement and collaborationwith field sales, marketing, finance & enterprise counterparts including
Pharm as appropriate to ensure that the outpatient strategies are aligned withbroader organization, sector & enterprise goals. Support VP ASCs &Enabling Technologies and work closely with Sales leaders & regionalmarketing leaders to facilitate execution against national strategies
Develop and coach team on criticalbusiness competencies such as Business Acumen and Clinical and ProductKnowledge as well as Leadership imperatives
Provide awareness and training tokey stakeholders regarding local and national market trends
Develop overall outpatient customerportfolio and support VP ASCs & Enabling Technologies as business andcommunication contact for outpatient accounts and provide consultation oncustomer interfaces
Work with VP ASCs & EnablingTechnologies to set overall objectives and targets and lead development andprovide oversight of account metrics and savings validation
Responsible for leading team andengaging with all relevant stakeholders in developing the Triple Aim strategyfor the outpatient channels
Ensureadherence to and monitor Health Care Compliance requirements
Supportthe VP ASCs & Enabling Technologies in the creation of an industry leadingcapability of Outpatient account management, services execution, and deepcustomer insights at the market and account level

Experience with Ambulatory Surgery Centers is a plus
