Director, Alumni Relations

Position Summary:

Director, Alumni oversees a complex network of support with multiple functional regional engagement points, and support services for Alumni nationwide. Nightingale Education Group is experiencing rapid growth and needs a leader that can lay the foundation for alumni relations and build a team.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Formulating and administering policies and programs, manages significant human, financial, and physical resources, and functions with a very high degree of autonomy.

  • Frequently influences business decisions made by senior leadership.

  • Oversees the stewardship of resources and the development of systems and procedures to provide engagement points and meaningful relationships that connects alumni with ongoing services.

  • Negotiates and influences others to understand and accept new concepts, practices and approaches.

  • Works closely with internal and external partners.

  • Position reports directly to the College President.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum of earned bachelor's degree; Graduate degree preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in Alumni Services.
  • 3+ years' experience in management.

All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations.
