Requirements / Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field. Minimum of four years of teaching experience and three years in educational leadership roles, preferably in a K-8 school setting.
Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership ability and a track record of driving academic improvement.
Knowledge of educational technology tools and their integration into the curriculum. Familiarity with accreditation processes and standards.
