L'organisation Groupe de gestion des fournisseurs mondiaux d'Organon travaille en partenariat avec l'entreprise pour développer et exécuter des stratégies d'approvisionnement direct et indirect, au moyen de processus d'affaires agiles et d'une solide gestion des performances des fournisseurs, afin d'améliorer les résultats d'affaires.
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un directeur associé, Technologie des affaires, qui relèvera du directeur, Approvisionnement, Technologie des affaires. Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de la catégorie des services de technologies de l'information (TI) à l'échelle mondiale. Plus précisément, le poste implique les activités suivantes:
Être le chef de file de catégorie des secteurs susmentionnée à l'échelle mondiale.
Établir et diriger des équipes interfonctionnelles du Groupe de gestion des fournisseurs mondiaux, d'intervenants et de partenaires d'affaires au moyen de la gestion de l'approvisionnement en tant que processus structuré pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'approvisionnement, créant une valeur réelle pour l'organisation.
Obtenir des résultats exceptionnels en matière d'économies et réaliser les objectifs de différents services.
Direction de Gestion du rendement des fournisseurs, développement du portefeuille de projets et gestion de l'épargne.
Gestion et harmonisation des parties prenantes : assurer l'adhésion aux initiatives, développer et soutenir les initiatives des parties prenantes, soutenir le processus de planification des profits, faciliter l'atteinte des objectifs d'affaires.
Responsabilités
Gestion du développement et du rendement des fournisseurs - Établir des relations et gérer le rendement des principaux fournisseurs par rapport aux exigences opérationnelles au moyen de mesures et de processus éprouvés pour favoriser la réalisation du potentiel des relations clés.
Amélioration continue
Gestion des coûts proactive : Réaliser les objectifs de contrôle, de réduction et de limitation des coûts et rehausser la valeur des postes de dépenses par une orientation et un processus rigoureux de gestion du coût total de la propriété.
Rendement
Études, expérience et compétences requises
Baccalauréat.
Au moins sept ans d'expérience en approvisionnement stratégique ou dans un rôle connexe
Vision stratégique : Compréhension des visions à long terme à l'échelle mondiale, fondée sur une connaissance approfondie des tendances et des occasions de l'industrie.

The Position
The Organon Global Procurement and Supplier Management (GPSM) Organization partners with the business to develop and execute direct and indirect sourcing strategies, enabled by agile business processes and strong supplier performance management, to drive improved business outcomes.
We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, Business Technology, reporting to the Director, Procurement, Business Technology. The role will be responsible and accountable for the category of IT Services globally. Specifically, this will involve:
Category Leadership for the category listed above globally.
Establishing and leading cross-functional teams of GPSM Leads, Stakeholders and Business Partners through Sourcing Management as a structured process to develop and deliver procurement strategies that create real value for the organization.
Delivery of breakthrough results in savings and other departmental objectives.
Leadership of Supplier Performance Management, Category Strategy Development and Management, Project Portfolio Development and Savings Management.
Stakeholder Alignment and Management - ensuring buy-in for initiatives, developing and supporting stakeholder initiatives, supporting profit planning process, facilitating achievement of business goals.
Responsibilities
Proactive Cost Management: Achieve cost control, cost reduction, and cost containment targets, and add value to area of expenditure through a strong Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) orientation and process management.
Performance
Required Education, Experience and Skills
Bachelor's degree.
Seven or more years in Strategic Procurementor related role.
Strategic Vision: Able to understand a global long-term vision based on a thorough understanding of industry trends and opportunities.
Business Acumen: Ability to engage with business leaders around business strategy, goals, and business outcomes, and apply sound judgment and decision making.
Influencing: Advanced ability to partner, collaborate and impact decisions at all levels within and outside the organization.
