We continue to expand our Call Center Sales team, and looking for driven inside sales professionals. This position is a full time regular opportunity with a competitive benefit package. Our agents provide solutions to our customers health insurance needs with a wide array of competitive products.

Job Description:

o Handle primarily inbound calls from our marketing lead sources

o Through a solution sales approach create and present health insurance packages to customers

o Lead nurturing through outbound calling efforts

o Maintain conversion and ancillary attachment metrics standards

o Multiple schedules/shifts available

Required Skills:

o Results oriented, motivated individual with a focus on achieving sales success

o 1 year of Call Center experience

o Excellent customer service skills and time management

o Must obtain / retain Life and Health Insurance license or complete training classes and pass exam within set time frame

o Ability to navigate software applications in conjunction with utilizing best in class solution selling approach
