Direct Support Professional

As a DSP, you will earn $21.58/hr ($22.58/hr for float positions)!

We are Immediately hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time - 2nd or 3rd Shift!

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will be part of a Team that works directly with adults who have intellectual or developmental disabilities. We aim to assist these individuals reach their full potential and provide individualized supports in their home. You must be able to work as a member of a team, have effective communication, interpersonal skills, and possess patience.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the amazing people we support with their daily living skills, routines, personal care, and activities as well as maintaining a safe and healthy environment

• Advocating for and enhancing the lives of the people we support

• Working independently and as a team to provide supports through positive approaches

• Participating in agency required trainings including Safety Care, CPR, and Medication Administration

Education/ Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid drivers license and automobile insurance

• Safe driving record

• Access to personal vehicle to be used as directed and when needed for transport
