• Must have a High School diploma / GED.

• College degree in Human Service Field with no Autism, Mental Health, nor Intellectual Developmental Disabilities experience will be considered.

• At least 6 months of Autism, Mental Health, or Intellectual Developmental Disabilities experience in a group home or residential setting.

• Must have a valid Driver License.

• Must be at least 18 year old.

• Must have reliable transportation for driving clients short distances. Mileage reimbursement provided.
