CTF is an essential employer, looking for direct support staff (DSPs) to assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes.

• Providing assistance and coaching with personal care, meal preparation, and leisure activities

• Assist with access to the community activities shopping, eating out, leisure, and recreational

• Assistance with other daily activities as necessary in order to assist individuals in gaining independence and achieving personal goals

Qualifications

• Must have compassion and patience

• Must be Med Certified or able to become certified.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

• Must have a valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
