We have wonderful opportunities to work in our Residential Services programs making a positive impact and difference in the lives of children and adults with an Autism diagnosis RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include but are not limited to the following: Provide direct care for the individuals served...following resident's Individual Plan of Care (IPC), policies and procedures, emphasizing non-averse, positive programming and interactions Provide support services for residents, staff and facility Transport/accompany residents to/from school, dining facility and planned activities Safely operate facility vehicle(s) as qualified and required Documentation of care, services and daily activities in a timely manner Responsible for cultivating and sustaining a healthy environment in the home(s), as well as maintenance of the home, property and upkeep of company vehicle Note: This is not an exhaustive list of required duties.
COMPETENCIES: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to people with respect for their individuality Minimum experience or requirements: EXPERIENCE: Experience in residential care preferred QUALIFICATIONS: Computer skills preferred EDUCATION/LICENSING/CERTIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required BS/BA in Human Services field preferred A valid Alabama driver's license and must be insurable through the agencies insurance carrier ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 21 years of age Must be cleared through the Dept.
of Human Resources Child Abuse & Neglect Registry as well as the ABI/FBI and pass all required pre-employment and background screening Must be certified or certifiable in CPR, 1st Aid, MCS and MAC Note: Various shifts available subject to needs of the program Adult Residential Services Program Wednesday Saturday Wednesday 6:30p 12a Thursday 2:30p 12a Friday 2:30p

This position can be based in Birmingham, Orlando, and in special cases, remotely. This position will provide in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries for the Connections CRM Marketing solution. The ideal candidate will have strategic marketing experience within the banking industry. Connections knowledge a plus! The Ideal Candidate: * 3-5+ years of relevant marketing experience * Banking experience, preferably from a Community Bank or Credit Union * Very organized and detail oriented; able to work with shifting priorities * Knowledge in programming, business analysis or implementation of software products * Knowledge of Connections CRM and FIS products and services * Is looking to join our team and build a long-term career with FIS General Duties and Responsibilities: * Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries for the Connections CRM Marketing solution. * Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions. * Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters. * Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommends corrective action. * Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development. * Recreates client issues in test environment, Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes. * Resolves client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters. * Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client-centric activities. * Other related duties assigned as needed.
