Especially when you go to sleep and you wake up and your house has been cleaned overnight. As a Direct Support Professional, you get to be the instrument that creates those moments with the people you support. Seeing the smile come to their face when you suggest a beach trip or help with the re-design of their bedroom is what we work for. As an overnight DSP, you are the element that turns a house into a home.

We will teach you everything that you need to know! No experience is required for this role; all you need is a desire to learn and support others. You just need a drivers license, and the ability to stay awake overnight.

Salary

This position starts at $19.00, with a 15% shift differential. All hours worked between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday earn a shift differential of 15% of your hourly rate! At $19.00, your shift differential would be $2.85per hour, for a total hourly rate of $21.85! We also offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus--$300 at the time of hire and $700 after your first six months.
