Direct Support Professional (Dsp) - Mental Health

Position info:

The Direct Support Professional- Mental Health is responsible for delivery of services to individuals residing in a Residential Treatment Home following a personalized service plan. It is the responsibility of the DSP to provide direct supportive services to residents of the home, who experience severe and persistent mental illness.

• Experience in this position qualifies as experience for QMHA & QMHA 2*

Status: Full Time

Location:Eugene

Shift: Full Time and On Call relief available.

Starting wage: $19.18 an hour (Night shifts additional $.75 an hour)

Current shifts:

1:00 PM to 11:00 PM Sunday- Tuesday alternating Wednesdays

1:00 PM to 11:00 PM Thursday- Saturday alternating Wednesdays

8:00 Am to 6:00 PM Friday- Sunday

8:00 Am to 6:00 PM Thursday- Saturday alternating Sunday

11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Saturday- Monday alternating Tuesdays

Wage Scale: $19.18 - $23.33

Reports to: Housing Manager

Requirements:

' High school graduate or equivalent.

' Current Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record

' Ability to pass background check screening

' Minimum of one (1) year education and/or experience in mental illness, emotional/behavioral difficulties or other related conditions.
