• Hiring immediately for DSPs

• Hourly Rate: $15-$19/hr with wage increases available after 90 days of employment!

• $2.00/hr weekend shift differential for shifts worked on weekends

• Available shifts: Part time evening shift

• Locations: We have openings in Janesville and Beloit!

We are currently looking to fill several weekend openings. All of our weekend shifts are eligible for our weekend differential paying an additional $2 per hour for all shifts worked on the weekend. Our weekend shifts pay $17-$21/hour. We have several options - first shift, second shift, overnights, and every other weekend!

DSP/ Caregiver - To be successful in this role as a Direct Support Professional you'll need to be mindful of resident's disabilities in an empathetic manner and encourage them to live independent and productive lives. You will assist with personal care needs, medication administration, perform housekeeping duties, advance residents' decision-making, productivity, promote participation in a range of activities and meaningful interactions between residents and the community.
