Sunday: 7a to 4:30p
Monday: 12p to 10p
Tuesday: 12p to 10p
Wednesday: 9a to 6:30p
Under the direction of the Residence Coordinator or Senior Program Coordinator this position is responsible for providing oversight to the Direct Support associates, provides person directed services and ensures the health and safety of the individuals
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support, coach, monitor and provide shift supervision to direct support associates.
Coordinate the staffing schedule and individual activities based on the needs of the individuals.
Perform direct support responsibilities as necessary.
Provide support and supervision to associates by responding with appropriate directions to crisis situations and medical emergencies.
Complete documentation, filing and general office maintenance and other routine operational reports, charge reports and any other paperwork as assigned.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimally one year experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
CPR/First Aid/AED and SCIP Certification within the first six months of hire
Medication Administration Certification.
This person must possess a valid driver's license for the state in which the person resides and maintain a safe driving record per agency. Additionally, this person must maintain up to date insurance, vehicle registration, and vehicle inspection and provide proof thereof as they may be required to transport people that are served by the agency in their personal vehicle.
