Seeking a Direct Sales Representative to meet and exceed sales objectives by maintaining product knowledge and sales acumen, planning and working a daily strategic sales plan to drive customer growth and generate sales, and coordinating with existing direct sales rep to grow existing territory and ultimately take sole responsibility for newly created geographic sales territory.

Sales Territory: Los Angeles area - requires frequent travel throughout territory

Salary: $80,000/year base + commissions (potential: $100-120K total)


  • Maintain commitment, accountability, and sales required to meet and exceed sales objectives outlined in annual, quarterly, and monthly action plans.

  • Develop an expert understanding of Dynatronics product offerings/advantages and ability to relate this information and a best practices gap to customers, influencing transactional and consultative sales.

  • Plan and organize daily work schedule to develop, maintain, and expand key customer relationships and base via telephone calls, email, face-to-face contact (e.g., site visits, sales presentations, product demonstrations), etc.

  • Drive new customer growth by assessing competitor information and trends, researching and identifying sales opportunities, exhausting direct-marketing tools to generate leads (outbound telephone calls, mass email merges), and maintaining rapport with customers.

  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers, coordinating accounts, products, pricing/invoicing, availability, and credit terms/limits in conjunction with the Customer Service and Accounts Receivable Departments.

  • Provide administrative reports tracking and analyzing sales pipeline in order to produce the volume and forecast accuracy required to meet company sales goals.

  • Submit activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses

  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating, developing solutions, coordinating with Customer Service and Tech Services, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Assist the marketing department by providing data with regard to new products, trends, pricing, competitive information and new market opportunities

  • Performs additional related duties as needed.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. Particularly appropriate for candidates with athletic training experience.

  • Minimum one year of successful direct or inside sales experience, preferably capital equipment, including in the healthcare industry

  • Experience using computers for various tasks and competency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics

  • Influential written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent overall presentation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly with customers

  • Results driven with an internal drive toward financial success

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, work to deadlines, and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment

  • High ethical standards and integrity

The position is responsible for overall promotion of the brand including its continued development, management and sales. This role is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and developing a professional working relationship with store management, associates and other merchandising companies to effectively meet company and client objectives. Responsibilities * Influence local and regional decision makers at assigned client locations in an effort to influence local and regional sales and buying strategies. * Develop and communicate the client's vision for the category into an action plan for each store that benefits both the client and the customer. * Leverage and engage the necessary resources to execute the action plan in order to grow volume through incremental retail activities. * Be actively engaged at the store level in order to identify issues that could impact execution, and proactively recommend solutions to close gaps &/or capitalize on opportunities. * Partners with store management to sell and ensure appropriate inventory levels for sales activity. * Schedules and executes assignments to meet objectives. * Accurately reports all completed assignments via the appropriate designated systems on the day the work is performed. * Communicates effectively with store personnel regarding assignments, sales activities, promotions, and client/sales plan objectives. * Completes required training and certification programs. * Daily utilization of CROSSMARK'S communication tools for the purpose of accurately planning, reporting, and reviewing work. * Participation in team and client projects. * Adheres to company policies, procedures, and position responsibilities. * Significant time in a vehicle may be required. * You must have access to reliable transportation, and must be able and willing to transport required materials to perform the duties of the job.
