Job Duties

• Support the door to door team to achieve sales and activation targets

• Lead a team of Direct Sales Managers and Direct Sales Team Leads to acquire new customers. Develop sales plans designed to meet or exceed customer growth and ARPU targets.

• Assist Revenue Department in monitoring activities and results; make recommendations for strategic adjustments to maximize growth opportunities and increase market share

• Help in the recruiting process, interview, hire, train, and onboard door to door sales representatives

• Manage territory to maximize selling opportunities and increase market share

• Handle administrative tasks, including performance appraisals, designing training materials, CRM reporting and daily and weekly reporting updates

• Assist with budget and forecasting

• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible weekly schedule including occasional weekend and evening hours

• Have lead a geographically diverse high performing sales team

• Data driven individual with ability to analyze and make recommendations

• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate
