The Revenue Operations team at Gusto is a full-stack team responsible for data, analytics, and operational excellence in pursuit of scaling our revenue growth. The Go-To-Market Analytics team is one functional area, responsible for defining and owning the metrics for scaling our Sales teams.
Gusto is looking for a Direct Sales Analyst to optimize our analytics, strategy, and insight generation for our Direct to SMB route to market. Gusto is highly invested in acquiring customers through its B2B capabilities and optimizing its sales motions to ensure the optimal customer experience. In this role, your primary stakeholders will range from Revenue Operations to Sales Leadership and frontline sales. The Analyst will utilize data to drive actionable insights that enhance sales productivity, customer experience, and Gusto's overall acquisition targets.
This role will report to the Head of Go-To-Market analytics, and partner closely with the Revenue Operations, Data Science, and Product teams.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $161,000 - $190,000 in San Francisco and New York, and $133,000 - $147,000 in Denver and most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
