JOB SUMMARY
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Manages all aspects of the relationship with specific Direct Distribution Accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports sales activities and initiatives to drive direct line sales.
Owns the direct line relationship and is responsible for driving growth within the distribution segment.
Works closely with all staff to oversee the sales function and services to achieve maximum sales potential. Collaborate with other departments to ensure Radwell exceeds its commitments to the manufacturer.
Responsible for all communication efforts and ensuring all inquiries, complaints, and data requests are addressed.
Analyzes market statistics to develop sales campaigns and create sales quotas.
Provides monthly sales analytics to each manufacturer and management, which outlines sales results and month over month comparisons.
Oversees and ensures that we get accurate pricing, price files, pictures, etc.
Maximizes profits through increased discounts and rebate agreements.
Supports promotion of the product through multiple channels (Training, Marketing, Literature)
Build relationships with the vendors to ensure they push Radwell as their top distribution partner.
Required to travel as needed.
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.
METRICS
Sales results: Orders, Invoices, Quotes, Margin $/%, Increased Discounts.
Goal is to increase assigned Distribution Accounts (Sales, Invoices, Quotes, Margin, Discounts, Co-op Funds, Rebates) at a rate higher than organic business (different rates can be assigned to different level accounts).
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None at this time- may be modified.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous sales and/or purchasing and managerial experience required.
Strong communication skills, problem solving skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks required.
Ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Excel required.
Ability to pull and create reports analytically to show progress.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required
BS or equivalent industry experience preferred
