What You'll Be Doing:
Sell new Property and Casualty insurance policies from within PEMCO's offices via inbound and outbound channels including telephone calls, e-mail and Internet to meet sales goals
Actively prospect new customers and achieve sales goals through inside sales activities, such as timely responses to marketing campaigns, new customer inquiries from website, emails, and voice messages, and self-generate new customers through relationship building and referral development
Identify customer needs through timely, written and/or telephone contact or customer meetings at PEMCO's offices
Participate in various policyholder risk management programs ensuring that potential problems are recognized, analyzed and that workable solutions are implemented
Follow PEMCO underwriting guidelines and apply PEMCO's profile underwriting concepts
Use Sales Department systems and technology to accurately, completely, and efficiently document and record policy-related information and customer and prospect data
Provide World Class Customer Experience at every contact, using the AID,Inc system
Provide guidance and mentorship to new team members
Lead and deliver unique projects to drive sales efficiencies and provide subject matter expertise
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with PEMCO's policies, values, code of ethics and business conduct
Authentically support the PEMCO Brand and constantly are on the lookout for top talent to join us to achieve our Mission to Worry Less and Live More!

What You'll Bring:
Two (2+) or more years' experience in an inside sales role required; insurance experience preferred
Two (2+) or more years proven ability to communicate persuasively, effectively, clearly, and concisely (orally and in writing) required
B.A. Degree in Business, Liberal Arts or equivalent work experience preferred
Property/Casualty license desired
