We are delighted to announce that we are offering a Direct Hire Traveler Program for experienced Home Health nurses! This program will offer premium rates and the chance for you to utilize your nursing skills in targeted specialties within South County Home Health. Experienced RNs will commit to 13-week assignments with a commitment to work 40 hours/week at our Home Health facility.

As a Direct Hire Traveler Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, coordinating and implementing care and service from admission through discharge for assigned patients. Coordinates communication of all patient related information to appropriate personnel internally and externally. Adheres to agency standards and ensures confidentiality of patient information and patient rights.

What you'll need to qualify:

• Valid RI nursing license, graduate of an accredited professional nursing school (diploma, ASN/BSN), and a minimum of 1 to 2 years home care experience.

• Licensed as Registered Nurse by Department of Health and graduated from Board approved and accredited Nursing Program, with three (3) years of public health and community development experience: Applicable only to Registered Nurse/Pediatric Maternal Child Health.

• Current CPR Certification

• Valid driver's license, automobile liability insurance as mandated by the State of Rhode Island
