Client is looking for a fulltime Business Analyst based in the companys ElmwoodPark, NJ headquarters. This position will report to a Product Manager within the internal IT organization. This is a highlycollaborativerole which interfacesheavilywithinternalITteammembers, seniorbusinessstakeholders, andvendorpartnersthroughoutthestrategy, planning, andexecutionphasesofsystemsdesignanddevelopment.

The Business Analyst will work closely with client organizations across the company and other IT stakeholders to follow an Agile process for product development. Youshouldconsiderthispositionifyouare an organized, articulate, and tech-savvy analyst, seeking a role where you can be part of a strong team delivering improved workflow, efficiencies, and improved customer experiences to your organization through the building & enhancing of critical tools for use across the organization.

Youshouldhaveexcellentplanning, organizational, and interpersonalskills. You should be someone who excels in capturing requirements, process-flows, integrations, and priorities in writing. You should have some exposure to Agile methodologies and understand how to leverage these methods in a Business Analyst role.

PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES

Serve as a primary resource for capturing written requirements and related artifacts based on collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Participate in product engineering discussions to adjust requirements balancing user experience, timeline, and integration complexity
PartnerwithITleadership&supportplanningactivitieswithbusinessleadership

EDUCATION
BA or BS in a computing, business, or healthcare related concentration
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS

3-5 years experience in a business analysis role
Experienceworking with other analysts & product managers acrossaportfolioofproducts
Detail-orientedandexcellentanalyticalandlogicalreasoningskills
Demonstratedabilitytocollaborateeffectivelywithotherstoaccomplishteamobjectives
Abilitytofunctionatbothconceptualanddetailedlevels
Healthcareindustryexperience
Experienceworkingina SCRUM or otherwise Agilesoftware projectenvironment
Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Gliffy, and SmartSheets
Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred
Stronginterpersonal& communicationalskills (written, oral)

Will lead teams of level 1 and 2 analysts to provide world class service in resolving technical issues. Will be working with team members and other technical teams to improve quality and capacity in the handling of service calls. Will be responsible to supervise the operations of the service desk, setting specific customer service standards, escalation procedures, and reporting standards to ensure consistent levels of service across client organization. base and consistently high percentage of positive customer satisfaction surveys Ideal candidates will have proven experience working with ITSM tools with solid understanding of best practices for incident mgmt, change mgmt, asset mgmt, problem mgmt, knowledge mgmt and service catalog. Primary focus will be on operational and day-to-day team management while supporting corporate level process improvement initiatives. Responsible for reporting to executive team regarding all aspects of service desk operations (KPIs, SLAs, staffing needs, developing trends, recurring areas of concern, etc.). Qualified candidates must possess initiative, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, sound business judgment, healthy level of curiosity, desire to excel, and a passion for customer service (internal and external) Requirements: * Proven track record of managing service desk and help desk operations for a minimum of 3 years * Prior experience with motivating and developing teams * Prior experience with a ticketing system ITIL Certification preferred.
