Client is currently recruiting Business Analyst based in the company's Elmwood Park, NJ headquarters. This position will report to a Product Manager within the internal IT organization. This is a highly collaborative role which interfaces heavily with internal IT team members, senior business stakeholders, and vendor partners throughout the strategy, planning, and execution phases of systems design and development.

The Business Analyst will work closely with client organizations across the company and other IT stakeholders to follow an Agile process for product development. You should consider this position if you are an organized, articulate, and tech-savvy analyst, seeking a role where you can be part of a strong team delivering improved workflow, efficiencies, and improved customer experiences to your organization through the building & enhancing of critical tools for use across the organization.

You should have excellent planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills. You should be someone who excels in capturing requirements, process-flows, integrations, and priorities in writing. You should have some exposure to Agile methodologies and understand how to leverage these methods in a Business Analyst role.

1.Serve as a primary resource for capturing written requirements and related artifacts based on collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
2.Participate in product engineering discussions to adjust requirements balancing user experience, timeline, and integration complexity
3.Partner with IT leadership & support planning activities with business leadership

Qualifications Required
1.BA or BS in a computing, business, or healthcare related concentration
2.3-5 years experience in a business analysis role
3.Experience working with other analysts & product managers across a portfolio of products
4.Detail-oriented and excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills
5.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others to accomplish team objectives
6.Ability to function at both conceptual and detailed levels

Qualifications Desired
7.Healthcare industry experience
8.Experience working in a SCRUM or otherwise Agile software project environment
9.Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Gliffy, and SmartSheets
10.Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred
