We are all about helping our members advocate for themselves, stay engaged in their communities, and increasing their independence.

BEING A DIRECT CARE WORKER:

We're looking for nurturing, compassionate, responsible people to be caregivers to our members, in the supported individuals homes. You must be at least 18 (21 for driving positions), have a minimum of 3 months related experience, pass multiple background checks & pre-employment drug screen, and have your high school diploma or its equivalent. Some positions require driving, so a motor vehicle check and an AZ driver's license is also required.

Shift: Varied based on needs of the supported individuals

TCH conducts Open Interviews every Monday thru Friday at our Tempe Headquarters (215 W. Lodge Drive, Tempe, 85283) from 9am-2pm.
