Dir Strategic Alliances - System Integrator

Basic Job Function This position exists to deliver revenue by managing the development, execution and cross-functional coordination of strategic alliances for LNSSI in the Federal Government space. This position acts as the coordination point for partnerships, unique content and strategic development activities that support market share growth for the public sector markets. The Director will be expected to be the resident expert of these market segments as a whole, understanding the customer lifecycle, sales processes, competitive landscape, and key stakeholders to develop a market plan. A successful Director of Strategic Alliances will be able to informally lead colleagues in sales and supporting functions in development and execution of a coordinated partner growth strategy, which aligns our segment investments and maximizes returns. Specifically, the Director will develop senior level relationships with system integrators and Alliance partners, working with the sales teams, market planners, and all other facets of our business to create mutually beneficial relationships. Success will be measured through tactical execution of initiatives, strategic wins, and overall market share/revenue growth in segment

Accountabilities

  • Coordinate the development and communication of market strategy consistent with RISK Solutions expectations.

  • Ongoing oversight / evaluation of progress against market strategy, including remedial tactics based upon current developments and / or changing management expectations.

  • Quantification, analysis, and communication of market and product metrics, including the recommendation of remedial actions necessary to achieve financial commitments.

  • Coordination of market plans and strategies ensuring effective communication and support from all functional areas.

  • Coordinate market revenue RF / Budget process achieving accurate forecasts and consistency with market strategy.

  • Participate in the evaluation of acquisition targets, as required.

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred

  • 7-10 years work experience, with prior experience working with government/public sector strongly preferred, either inside government or as a supplier to government;

  • System Integrator work experience preferred

  • Previous consulting, product management, alliances, sales/marketing and/or business analyst experience

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and demonstrated analytical skills.

  • Advanced skills with MS PowerPoint and Excel
