Responsibilities

Responsible for the management and organization of the operations of the facility including maintenance, dietary environmental services, and materials management. Maintains compliance with all applicable codes, standards of government and regulatory agencies. Work with management team, clinical leadership and supervisors to ensure the safe and efficient operation of hospital buildings, equipment, and hospital grounds within operational budget.

Palm Point Behavioral Health is a 74-bed behavioral health hospital is located in Titusville, Florida minutes from Cape Canaveral. Palm Point Behavioral Health treats adults, children and adolescents that suffer from a wide range of behavioral health diagnoses including, depression, anxiety and substance abuse in a modern and well-appointed facility.

Palm Point behavioral health offers inpatient treatment options and serve communities in Brevard County and beyond. Titusville, located on Florida's Space Coast, is approximately 30-miles north of historic Cocoa Beach, and 40-miles east of Orlando's famous theme parks. Qualifications

Bachelors Degree. Minimum of three (3) years experience working in an administrative position.

Previous Hospital Plant Operations experience preferred. Significant experience (8-10 years) may be considered in lieu of bachelor' degree. Maintains compliance with all Hospital annual competencies.

Has working knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations and all other relevant state and federal regulatory standards. Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment, electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment.
