WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?
Two year degree in Food Preparation or 2 years of Food Service experience preferably at the leadership level
Prior Restaurant Supervision a plus
Basic math skills when adjusting recipes which includes measuring and scaling
Required to work with several computer systems and must have solid basic computer skills
Ability to communicate clearly with both oral and written communication
Knowledge of safe and productive use of kitchen machines including mixers, processors, slicers, steamers, and computer-aided ovens
Ability to work in a kitchen environment which includes enduring temperatures ranging from -8 degrees to 100 degrees
Must be able to transport and empty food containers with an average weight of 50 lbs
Reports directly to the Sous-Chef or Executive Chef
