Dining Room Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our dining room and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the dining room, including seating arrangements, food and beverage service, and cleanliness

• Train and supervise dining room staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

• Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service

• Assist in creating and implementing new policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Attend meetings and participate in decision-making processes related to the dining room operations

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus
