Job Description Summary:
Manage multiple outlets for various meal periods
Coordinates the set-up of restaurants and lounge areas in accordance with SPI standards
Coordinates and implements training according to SPI and Benchmark Standards
Confirms daily specials and new menu additions with the Executive Chef
Manages the food and beverage service provided in restaurant outlets; manages beverage for catering; coaches employees on effective service and presentation techniques
Inspects restaurants and lounge areas on an on-going basis and takes appropriate steps to ensure facilities meet or exceeds the hotel's standards at all times
Conducts daily pre-shift meetings to discuss specials, house count, reservations and new menu items
Leads weekly staff meetings and daily standup
