ARE YOU A MASTER AT DINING SERVICES? We are seeking a Full-Time Dining Room Manager for our Dining Services Department within our Assisted Living community. The Dining Room Manager oversees the food and beverage service to our residents along with managing a front of the house team. In this role you will ensure the safety and satisfaction of our residents. This position will report to the Dining Services Director.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plans, maintains schedules and supervises the daily work assignments of the Front of House Dining team members

• Ensures the dining area is clean and prepped for next meal service

• Executes daily resident meal service, addresses issues with service and resident concerns in timely manner

• Participates in recruiting, interviewing, training and developing servers

• Coaches and counsels dining room staff, and completes talent reviews

Job Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous dining room and server experience

• Demonstrated customer service and organizational skills

• CPR certification required or ability to obtain within six months of hire
