Novant Health is seeking a Dimensions/Epic Application Analyst Lead. This position is responsible for securely managing information systems throughout their lifecycle, including; knowing what information systems are within their scope of responsibility, understanding what sensitive data is stored, transmitted, or processed on those information systems, enforcing the security principles of least privilege and least functionality, knowing what events may constitute an information security incident, and understanding their role in security incident response activities.

Design information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture. The Lead will execute many of the same activities as the Intermediate and Senior levels, but in addition, will typically work on more complex, larger and higher importance/impact projects as well as lead the team on projects and delegate tasks to team members. The lead level will also typically be expected to design highly optimal systems and processes as a result of broader and deeper experience.

Education: High School Diploma Required Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience: Minimum three years relevant information experience Required

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Obtain application system cert.

Pass all cert. passing grade within three tries for each test or project. Required.

Additional Skills Required: Proficient with workflows, application product function, design and build expertise.

Strong analytical skills for new functions, problem resolution and support of the application product. Proficient in ITS processes to include but not limited to analysis, design, build, and testing and change control. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.

VIEW JOBS 1/17/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-17T00:00 Job Description Overview: Act as the liaison between Continental and all North America CVT OEM Trailer Customers regarding all technical matters including the timely receipt of technical tire approvals, ensuring the development (BIC) Best-In-Class products which meet the OEM's needs, and ensuring the delivery of quality products. Responsibilities: Product Development/Management: * Trailer tire product expert (Conti/General portfolio and competitor portfolios) * Obtaining information about new vehicle models/concepts and their tire specific requirements, and using that information for future product developments * Initiation and coordination of development projects and the presentation of test tires in accordance with specified schedules * Assessment of tire properties within the scope of joint approval tests with the appropriate vehicle manufacturers, using the customer's requirement regulations, government regulations and the company's product guidelines. * Active participation in (PP) Product Planning meetings to bring customer demands for new products and tire performance to PP team * Continuous follow-up on product performance with Customer Service department interactions to ensure BIC products * Production of various technical documents (drawings, test reports, tire fitment, certifications) for tire introductions Customer Relations: * Responsible for handling all customer communication in regards to Technical Inquiries * Processing of claims relating to production tires fitted as original equipment: analysis, presentation, and written comments, where required * Production of technical presentations * Assistance with the production of necessary sales documentation (technical content) * Independently make customer visits/presentations * Attend customer technical workshops, fairs, and engineering events Product Quality and Implementation: * Timely response to technical inquiries from the automotive industry * Preparation and implementation of plant, process and product audits in cooperation with the respective plant management and the issuing of corresponding quality documents in writing (initial sample reports, quality evaluations, etc) * Responsible for handling all 0 mile customer complaints Other: * Other projects as defined by Head of OE Trailer North America * Support internal automotive engineers with non-¬trailer topics when needed such as audit preparation, documentation, legislation understanding, etc… Job Requirements Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical degree * 5+ years of experience in field engineering, sales and/or customer relations * 3+ years of engineering * Must be able to travel 50%+ * Must be authorized to work in the US without visa or other sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in 8D problem solving * Project management experience * Experience in commercial vehicles, trailers, tires, suspension EEO Statement EEO / AA / Disabled / Protected Veteran Employer.
