The Digital Workflow Specialist is responsible for creation and maintaining of digital forms within eRAD RIS.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Focuses on design and implementation of digital forms throughout RadNet.
Works with Operations, Technologists and Radiologists.
Demonstrates an ability to convert an analog workflow into a digital workflow.
Works closely with the Clinical Systems Team in testing and rollout of new digital forms.
Works side by side with both colleagues and other leadership on projects.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
Basic JAVA Script experience preferred.
Understanding of Clinical Workflow.
IS Professional with RIS experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills including speaking in front of others.
Ability to communicate and educate complex technical topics via the written word.
Ability to bring projects to completion.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to travel (~15% of time).
Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
Communicates, cooperates, and consistently functions professionally and harmoniously with all levels of supervision, co-workers, patients, visitors, vendors as well as referring physicians and their staff.
Demonstrates initiative, personal awareness, professionalism and integrity. Exercises confidentiality in all areas of performance.
Attends all meetings and trainings as requested.
Follows OSHA regulations, RadNet and site protocols, policies and procedures.

Reports to work regularly as scheduled; consistently punctual with respect to working hours and lunch schedules, and maintains satisfactory personal attendance in accordance with RadNet guidelines.

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling or feeling, speaking, listening and high level cognitive thinking. Must be able to use a computer and other office machinery including copiers, scanners and computer software. Also, must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and weights of up to 10 pounds with regularity. This position requires the ability to travel (~15% of time), drive a vehicle and utilize other forms of transportation.
