Digital Transformation Subject Matter Expert

Exciting opportunity to join our Digital Transformation team, a rapidly growing cadre of technology experts leading offering development on current and upcoming projects across our Government and Public Services (GPS) Practice. In this role, you will expand your existing capabilities in the following areas: digitalization, big data, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.

Work you'll do

Deliver transformation projects for GPS clients related to adoption of NextGen technology strategy, innovation, AI-led transformation, cloud strategy, cyber strategy, and data strategy supporting CIOs, innovation, digital transformation, technology officers, and front office clients leading transformation efforts at enterprise or business unit levels. Contribute to the development of new approaches, collateral and client accelerators, and marketing materials for key digital transformation topics.

The team


Our Strategy practice brings together several key capabilities that will allow us to architect integrated programs that transform our clients' businesses, including Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Technology Strategy & Insights, Enterprise Model Design, Enterprise Cloud Strategy and Business Transformation.

Strategy professionals will serve as trusted advisors to our clients, working with them to make clear data-driven choices about where to play and how to win, in order to drive growth and enterprise value.

Strategy will help our clients:

  • Identify strategies for growth and value creation

  • Develop the appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support their strategic vision

  • Maximize the ROI on technology investments and leverage technology and Cloud trends to architect future business strategies



  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience

  • Proven experience providing strategy and digital transformation services with executive leaders at federal government agencies or academic institutions

  • Prior experience advising on matters related to adoption of NextGen technology strategy, innovation, AI-led transformation, cloud strategy, cyber strategy, and data strategy

  • Business case development, ROI estimation, and demonstrated analytics capabilities

  • Must hold an active US security clearance at the Public Trust level and above

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


  • Experience with stakeholder engagement, alignment, and relationship building skills across government agencies or the commercial sector

  • Workshop design and facilitation experience

  • Ideation, solutioning/prototyping, challenge design, and art of inquiry skills

  • Experience in a technical or functional lead role

  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools

  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities
