To accomplish the above, the Digital Transformation Partner:
Exhibits three criticalsoft skills: top-notch relationship management, excellent analytical ability, ahigh level of influence without power
Creates contextualdigital propositions, spanning domains such as, Analytics, Mobility, DesignThinking, User Experience, etc.
Drives campaigns totake propositions to customers, as an individual and in partnership with otherteam members
Contributes inscenarios involving proactive and reactive demand
Leads customerdiscussions by showcasing and driving value
Knows client orgdynamics e.g., buying patterns, key power-centers, decision-makers,influencers, etc.
We expect a successful DigitalTransformation Partner to have the following skills and experiences:
Experience toinspire and structure, digital-themed and design-led transformation programs
Ability andgravitas to define and communicate to a business executive, the complete"economics" of a transformation program has experience from ideationto executionspanning concept to solution to business impact measurements tototal cost of ownership
Direct-leadershipand influence-leadership to Wipro-internal and external client organizationstospearhead integrated digital solutions to address sub-organizations such as CMO,CDO, CIO, Business Functions
Ownership of digitalpipeline, Order Book and Revenue for focused account
Strong industryunderstanding and point of view in the high-tech industry vertical, andspecific client in question
o Targeting specific account or set of accounts
o Supporting the design of customer journeys that weavetogether the brand with digital and traditional content, commerce, andcommunity into a cohesive lifecycle experience.
o Digitization of processes and defining/designing customer journeys
o Breaking down the functional boundaries betweenorganizational silos to create a leaner, more agile digital organization
