$33.72 - $47.24 Hourly
$2,697.69 - $3,779.54 Biweekly

The Colorado Workforce Development Council (CWDC or "the Council "), is a business-led council representing business, economic development, education, workforce, and government throughout Colorado. The CWDC is the State Workforce Development Board for Colorado. The CWDC Office is the work unit that supports the Council and is housed in CDLE for administrative efficiencies, however, it exists to support all state agencies related to economic development, education, and workforce in achieving excellence in service delivery to business, including effective and efficient government policies and elimination of unnecessary barriers that negatively affect business's ability to thrive and create jobs in Colorado.
The Digital Tools Product Manager will be responsible for the successful management, enhancement, and integration of digital tools that help to strengthen connections to learning and work. This includes product ownership of the My Colorado Journey platform, product ownership of the Eligible Training Provider List, and coordination of tech partners working to integrate digital learning and employment records into Colorado's digital tools as part of the ColoradoFWD initiative.
The Product Manager will be responsible for providing ongoing product management through contract management and negotiation; management of the steering committee; managing day-to-day operations with vendors; partnering with members of the talent development network to develop content as needed; and tracking and achieving success metrics. This position will collaborate with colleagues at the CWDC and other agency partners to develop and execute marketing, communications, and outreach.
The position will be accountable for ensuring that Colorado is meeting all federal requirements for the Eligible Training Provider List and making strategic decisions to advance Colorado's vision for this resource. The position will work with the Employment and Training Division on ETPL policy and user experience, as well as with the Colorado Department of Higher Education on implementation strategies, including convening partners, deciding on action steps, and ensuring team follow-through on strategic decisions.
This position will coordinate tech solution vendors to refine development of tech tools to ensure a solution that responds to user feedback and meets the goals, timelines and deliverables outlined in the ColoradoFWD project plan. This will include, developing and issuing statements of work, managing vendor deliverables are completed on time and within scope and coordinating with the project team to ensure alignment.

Conditions of Employment:
Must be a Colorado resident at time of application.

This is a 1 year term limited grant funded position. The position will end 1 year after hiring date contingent upon funding.
