Overview:

As a Digital Technology Solutions Intern, you will be part of our dynamic team dedicated to leveraging digital technologies to drive innovation and efficiency across Catholic Health. You will gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital solutions that address business challenges and enhance our digital capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Solution Development: Collaborate with senior team members to design, develop, and implement digital solutions to address business needs, leveraging various technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and Internet of Things (IoT).

• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on emerging digital technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within Catholic Health. Analyze data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing digital solutions.

• Support Implementation: Assist in the deployment and integration of digital solutions, including testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption.

• Training and Documentation: Create training materials and documentation to effectively support end-users in utilizing digital tools and platforms. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure users are proficient in leveraging digital solutions.

• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business development, and operations, to understand requirements and align digital solutions with business objectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on digital solutions as needed.

• Project Management: Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of digital solutions. Support project managers in coordinating activities, managing resources, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of programming languages and familiarity with software development methodologies.

• Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms and related services.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

• Prior internship or coursework in digital technologies, software development, or IT project management is a plus.

Duration and Compensation:

This is an eight, ten, or twelve-week internship position. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
