The level of digital disruption in healthcare and pharmaceuticals is evolving rapidly. Given how critical digital is to the future of our pharmaceuticals business, at GSK we have created a new role of Digital Technical Lead within Digital, Data & Analytics (DDA) US Pharma Technology (USP Tech) organization, that will focus on enabling our digital capabilities/products by use of relevant technology stacks with key focus on driving key business outcomes. This role is for technologist who will collaborate with technical and business teams on multitude of digital products & technology stacks to deliver flawless customer experience.
The role will be primarily focused on the US Pharma business, a $13 billion biopharma enterprise comprised of over 3,500 employees that generates over 40% of GSK's global revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a critical growth area and deliver meaningful strategic impact.
You will bring to bear your hands-on knowledge of marketing technologies and digital capabilities to deliver best customer experience to our target audiences. You will play a pivotal role in delivering relevant marketing technologies/platforms and partnering with local & global stakeholders to enable key digital tactics & capabilities. You will be responsible for working seamlessly across business and technology organizations (locally & globally), providing sound technical analysis, development and change enablement within an Agile framework.

Drive modern technical solutions utilizing our current technology stack such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Tealium, Gigya, etc
Collaborate with business and technology teams to plan, deliver & embed digital experiences for our target customers
Drive towards effective utilization of the latest technologies, partnering with business stakeholders across teams, as well as experts in other areas including data & analytics
Work collaboratively across the teams with all roles to recommend/deliver solutions, resolve delivery challenges and resolve technical issues
Stay apprised of new and emerging technologies and offer creative solutions
Lead, develop, embed and manage digital tactics/capabilities & enable identification of gaps, risks and mitigation approaches
Enable technology solution for short, medium and long term benefit. Leverage target architectures for the business process areas that translate and implement Product strategies as aligned to digital goals/objectives. You will enable but not limited to:
Identification of business needs,
Business process to system mapping,
Technical requirement gathering/analysis/documentation
Technical solution/Information/data flow design,
Scoping, planning, developing and embedding of digital technical tasks/activities
This role is to support day to day activities related to commercial digital tactics aligned to US Pharma business processes. You are a truly hybrid individual who lives in constantly evolving Digital and Tech space. Technology has to be strong strength along with strong business partnering skills. You have following skills/expertise:
Has hands on experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager and other Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies
Has good understanding of how Tealium (TiQ, AudienceStream, EventStream) works and ability to leverage them fluently with Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies
Has good understanding of how AEM web development works and capabilities it provides in conjunction with rest of Adobe platform from CMS perspective
Understand digital landscape and good understanding of tech capabilities. Has enabled personalization across campaigns ( websites, CRM campaigns)
Passionate about new marketing technologies and desires constant improvement. Not scared to roll up his/her sleeves to dabble into technology Should be able to demonstrate art of possible as well as leverage the tools to configure digital tactics
Work with the assigned agile team(s) to collaborate on user story definition, and what "done" looks like, using a variety of agile tools and processes
Has good understanding of digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising, email marketing, display advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM
Can lead and develop technical documentation including, but not limited to user stories, data-flow diagrams, solution designs, entity-relationship diagrams, test cases, and so forth
Truly hybrid individual made up of Tech and digital marketing skills/expertise who has passion for learning new technologies
Has worked in pharmaceutical industry and has good understanding of digital landscape & processes within commercial organization in the vertical
