We are looking for enthusiastic candidates that are strong both digitally and with styling in key markets. Digital Stylists will be communicating with our best online only customers. They will offer styling advice, outfit recommendations and inside access to exclusive perks via email and text. These positions are full time and will work from home (remote) with the ability to travel to the nearest store as needed.
MUST RESIDE WITHIN ONE HOUR OF THE SAN FRANSISCO STORE
Builds lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise, and invite for upcoming events
Professional and enthusiastic team player, with a demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
Creates multiple options based on customer's preferred vendors, needs, style, and personality
Provides personalized recommendations and one-on-one consultations with clients
Delivers customer weekly and monthly style advice and be available for personal shopping requests
Offers to place the customers' orders based on their recommendations
Independently resolves internal and external customer questions and concerns
Consistently seeks new fashion and product knowledge
Styling, fashion and/or fashion retail experience is required
Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals
Works remote though needs to have the ability to meet customers in store or at their home for consultations
1 - 2 years previous sales experience preferred
Any additional duties and responsibilities including projects, tasks, and activities as required
High School Diploma / equivalency required.
