Facebook is looking for an experienced digital marketing manager to join our growing team in Global Business Marketing. This individual will be responsible for developing integrated digital strategy and plans for our largest, most impactful, global business campaigns across the family of apps and services, including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, FBIQ and more. This individual will have deep experience planning and executing across owned, earned, and paid channels.
This individual will be responsible for audience planning, media and channel strategy, partner and agency relationships for activation, global coordination with central & regional media teams, and ultimately the measurement and results of our global programs and campaigns. The ideal candidate is a bold, multi-faceted and innovative digital marketing leader.

Define audience, channel, and flighting strategy to achieve optimal business results across paid, owned and earned including digital, traditional, email and web
Define measurement approach and strategy to measure impact of on-platform and off-platform media against campaign objectives
Execute flawlessly: Ensure all plans hit milestones and achieve desired delivery to budget
Manage partners and agencies: Responsible for identifying, and managing internal and external media agencies for best placements globally and at a market level
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to get buy-in of efforts, define strategy and business goals, and deliver to plan
Communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams to demonstrate impact of each campaign to stakeholder through data and insights
Manage team of digital planners and strategists
Knowledge and operating experience across paid, owned, and earned marketing channels including Facebook advertising, digital and traditional media channels, email, and web
Track record developing and managing global integrated media programs and campaigns at a global brand
Knowledge of online and offline media trends and practices including ad tech, agency, and channel ecosystems
Analytical experience gathering and interpreting marketing data
Experience building, growing and managing teams
Advanced degree in related field
Experience with tech and B2B marketing
