Job Objective:

The PPC Digital Strategist drives strategy and optimizes paid search campaigns on digital marketing channels to achieve partner goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead accounts in the area of planning, strategy, and execution.
  • Build and manage campaigns on Google, Bing, and paid social media channels:
    • Set up new PPC accounts.
    • Daily management of PPC accounts, including, budget management, bid management, ad copy testing, landing page optimization, etc.
    • Analyze data to develop effective strategies to help partners reach their goals.
    • Research and implement new PPC updates and strategies.
  • Develop project tasks and regularly manage project status.
  • Work with team members to produce and deliver successful campaigns.
  • Delegate appropriate tasks to Digital Analysts.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly KPI reports to communicate performance trends and developments.

Secondary or Support Duties:

  • Assist Sales with new business development as necessary.
  • Train team members when appropriate.
  • Work with other internal teams as required.
  • Build systems and documentation to enhance efficiency.
  • Write industry-related blogs for Intuitives blog.
  • Communicate frequently and openly with manager on problems, successes, partner concerns, etc. There should be no surprises.
  • Always live out the purpose and values of Intuitive Digital when representing the company.

Requirements

What Youll Bring:

  • 1-3 years of PPC experience agency experience is a plus.
  • Experience with AdWords, Bing Ads, paid social media channels, and Google Analytics.
  • AdWords, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics Certified.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient with Google Apps for Business.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, listening, and written.
  • Accountable, honest, organized, positive, team player, and solution-oriented.
  • 4-year degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field?
  • Willing to play ping-pong.
  • Willing to lay your life on the line in a Nerf gun battle.

The Assistant Manager, Paid Search is a key member of the eCommerce Digital Marketing team, responsible for driving and optimizing our data feed-driven marketing channels. This position will inform and execute the adidas US Shopping and data feed marketing strategy, in partnership with the Global and US Paid Search teams, and will work with varied stakeholders to ensure its successful implementation. The Ast. Manager, Paid Search will support the channel objectives to drive high quality traffic to the US online store to accelerate revenue growth and improve the bottom line. With a primary focus on eCommerce profitability, you will also connect with Merchandisers and Channel managers to fully exploit all data feed-driven opportunities in the US. You will play a key role within the adidas US Digital Marketing team and collaborate closely with the broader US eCommerce and Global Digital Activation teams to help create a US based center of excellence. Key Accountabilities: * Drive and execute on the day-to-day adidas US paid search operations with KPI and goal accountability (traffic, margin, and revenue) by monitoring and reporting performance to Senior Management ensuring alignment with US Brand Marketing initiatives, Merchandising plans, and Global SEM standards. * Execute and proactively optimize paid search and product feed-driven campaigns from start to finish including: PLAs, source data, channel-specific product feeds (affiliate, display), scripts, RLSAs, builds and bulk uploads, tagging, testing, projections, and bid frameworks. Manage campaigns to budgets against desired KPIs, analyze results, and present to Senior Management. * Act as the US product feed optimization and comparison shopping expert driving best practice definition, execution and documentation, including training internal stakeholders * Collaborate closely with the US Digital Marketing Team, Merchandising, Brand Activation, Web Analytics, paid search vendors as well as the Global Paid Search Team to improve US shopping performance and create cross-functional synergies * Aspire to be an industry leader at the forefront of innovation. Stay abreast of developments within the SEM and digital marketing industry, and possess the curiosity and desire to innovate PLAs, Shopping, CSEs, product feeds and SEM in general.
