Job Summary:

The Digital Strategist is responsible for the successful management of digital strategy for client brands. Working as part of the Digital team, we are looking for an innovator, a trendsetter, and a progressive thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects of a client business and drive growth opportunities.

Ideal candidate must combine an in-depth knowledge of client business objectives, online strategies, and their competitive landscape with a rich background in the digital marketing industry, to deliver effective digital marketing recommendations. Must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Handles the day-to-day operations of agency projects, including product development, media briefing and commercial execution

  • Plays a vital role in promoting integration of cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless delivery of all work to the client

  • Identify and filter market and technology trends through extensive research to capture new product opportunities

  • Create, evaluate and analyze media/tech partners proposals for new product ideas and new process and product improvements.

  • Provide support to guarantee product/process implementation and time to revenue.

  • Collect, organize and structure all additional information required to support the blueprint

  • Develops unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives

  • Fosters timeline development and monitors progress, ensuring deadlines are met

  • Develops strong, trusting relationships between Client Service Teams (CST) and internal Digital Pure Players, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution

  • Manages CST expectations, bringing issues/concerns to attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays

  • Proactively keeps abreast of assigned clients' marketing and media plans, and provides media solutions including programmatic, performance, content marketing, mobile, social, viral, etc.

  • Writes communications briefs to Pure Player Teams, ensuring that creative and media are strategically integrated

  • Coordinate close to the Strategy and Insights department to review research studies that yield rich insights into consumer online behavior and key motivational/attitudinal behavior

  • Translate a total understanding of online target audience and mindset modes, into digital media strategies

  • Reviews statements and estimates of work prior to CST review

  • Ensures accountability is established during the media planning process

Skills and Requirements:

  • Three to five years of full-time experience in digital marketing or advertising (digital experience required)

  • Must be fluent in English.

  • Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing

  • Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Media and Technical Delivery Specialists

  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partner

  • Strong interest in technology or digital marketing

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field

Sr Wealth Planning Strategist plays a significant role in deepening and broadening relationships with existing clients, as well as developing/bringing new client relationships of generally above $10mm net worth into Wealth Management. Develops new clients and drives fee based engagements jointly with internal partners as well as individually with external sources. Partners with relationship managers during the consultative process with clients and prospects, and also assists with overall client discovery. Works alongside the relationship manager to assess goals, objectives, and current situation of clients and prospects through a discovery process to determine the most appropriate planning offering. Focuses on cash flow analysis, insurance analysis, education funding analysis, executive compensation issues and stock option analysis, asset allocation analysis, income tax planning, charitable planning, business succession, asset protection, and estate and wealth transfer planning. Utilizes Wealth Planners/Senior Wealth Planners to support creation and delivery of client analyses and necessary research. Collaborates with the Senior Director of Planning, the Regional Wealth Planning Manager, and the rest of the Regional Planning team to promote Wealth Planning both internally and externally. Provides support as a subject-matter expert for a specific specialty or type of service. Monitors and tracks client revenues related to wealth planning work to ensure sales opportunities are maximized. Spends majority of time working with teams to build out client relationships while relying on Wealth Planners/Senior Wealth Planners to produce any planning analysis. Works to support regional/office specific business initiatives. Required to review documents such as Wills, Trusts, corporate governing documents, and others. Adheres to all planning protocols and procedures. Reports to 1 or more Regional Directors, with dual reporting to the Senior Director of Planning.
