The Senior Specialist Digital Content will support the Sr. Manager of Event & Brand Launch by providing planning, execution, coordination and analysis to produce a successful launch of events and brands.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Help translate requests from stakeholders into a digital strategy on JCP.com

  • Work closely with stakeholders across multiple business teams to ensure alignment on requests

  • Anticipate and proactively remove obstacles preventing a successful launch

  • Responsible to facilitate Business readiness

  • Help define and track KPIs to support strategic decision making

  • Coordinate go-live timing of new brands and events based on campaign dates, inventory availability and marketing calendars

  • Incorporate brand/creative assets on website in ways that optimize digital marketing performance

  • Manage product launches and priorities for current and future projects

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Independent yet communicative and team-oriented.

  • Proficient in web-based analytics tools

  • Ability to influence and elicit cooperation from cross-functional team members.

  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to present point-of-view to various levels of organization

  • Background in eCommerce preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree

Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or relevant field, or equivalent work experience. * Five years of related experience. * Ability to assess risk of third party by understanding services provides and controls in place to mitigate inherent risk at an acceptable level. * Experience managing compliance projects with multiple priorities. * Communication and presentation skills to interact with multiple business groups and senior management. * Analytical skills to review third party relationships and analyze the risks inherent in the services provided. * Leadership ability to lead the team in developing solutions and engage various departments to gain support and cooperation. * Proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
