This job is for WMAQ-TV (NBC 5 Chicago) and WSNS-TV (Telemundo Chicago), the NBCUniversal Owned Television Stations in Chicago.
Reporting to the Director of Integrated Sales Marketing & Production, the Digital Specialist has two primary areas of responsibility: to develop digital media plans for prospective and current advertising clients across NBC 5 and Telemundo Chicagos digital properties, and to effectively manage all digital campaigns from start to finish.
Other job responsibilities include: Partner with Sales Account Executives on campaign strategy; create targeted and effective digital media plans that will meet client goals Manage the digital campaign process for all sold digital media plans, including but not limited to: booking digital orders, maintaining inventory, collecting / submitting creative and assets, and optimizing campaigns to ensure promised delivery Collaborate with on-air and digital production teams to make sure creative design is accurate and production deadlines are met Act as the liaison between the Sales Account Executives and Ad Operations to ensure campaigns go live flawlessly and on time Maintain thorough and constant feedback with Sales Account Executives and clients on campaign status by providing pacing information, delivery reports, and screenshots of the campaign Identify and minimize potential problems throughout campaign and find solutions where necessary Merchandise campaign fulfillment and results to clients to generate continued business Coordinate client-focused sweepstakes construction, administration and promotion Qualifications/Requirements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Exceptional computer skills to include PowerPoint, Word and Excel Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing or related field Minimum 2 years of working experience in media, broadcast, or digital sales Exceptional communication skills; verbal and written ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
