Summary of Position:

This role is responsible for optimizing all aspects of our product detail pages at key eRetailer sites to maximize product visibility and conversion for assigned categories. This person will create, recommend, and test strategies and initiatives that improve the shopping experience for online shoppers and increase sales and market share at our key eRetailer partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Strategist, Category and Sales teams to develop and implement strategies and initiatives to maximize our products' digital shelf ranking, visibility, conversion and sales for assigned categories at key eRetailers.

  • Actively monitor and audit relevant digital shelves, our own product detail pages, competitive product detail pages and off-platform marketing initiatives, to provide insights and recommended actions for the team to pursue to win at key eRetailers.

  • Ensure our products have best in class content and optimized search and conversion enablers that work synergistically to deliver strongest results for our products. This includes optimizing for all aspects of content (e.g. titles, descriptions, features and benefits, images, videos, back-end keywords, enhanced content) as well as business fundamentals (e.g. availability, seasonality, promo and advertising offers and timing, search word targeting).

  • Deliver on share of search and conversion goals

  • Recommend, implement and evaluate test and learn initiatives. Generate insights/learnings from the same, develop scale up plan where possible and share learnings to rest of team.

  • Develop strong understanding of assigned categories/products, consumer shopping motivations/behaviors at key eRetailer sites, eRetailer sites' digital shelf capabilities/dynamics, and channel best practices.

  • Collaborate with Business Strategist and Category and Sales Team to conduct category reviews and proactively address any issues and opportunities for assigned categories at key eRetailers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital shelf optimization

  • College degree in marketing or related fields preferred

  • Strong initiative for taking action and strong influencing skills

  • Proven record of working collaboratively to accomplish goals

  • Ability to draw insights from market observations and data points and translate insights into actions.

Relationships:

  • Reports to the Digital Shelf Team Manager - North America

  • Works closely with Category, Sales, Business Strategist, Retail Readiness & Brand Champion, Insights, Creative Services, Digital Marketing team, and Brand teams
