Job Summary/Description:

The ideal Digital Sales Manager for 6 News WOWT is an experienced leader with a passion for the magic behind digital capabilities and ready to grow our already dominant digital position in the Omaha marketplace. This role will allow the right candidate to work alongside some of the best and brightest in the business while overseeing our digital strategy and having fun in the field helping clients reach their business goals using our products.

Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Working as part of the Sales Management team to LEAD and coordinate our digital advertising enterprise

• Liaison with Gray Digital Media

• Provide digital and sales training to the Account Executives and Sales Assistants

• Making four-legged sales calls with Account Executives

• Assist with developing sales presentations and collateral using up-to-date research materials provided by Gray Digital Media

• Maintain campaign tracking, delivery, and reporting to provide optimization suggestions and fulfill campaign expectations

• Oversee pricing and packages to ensure they remain competitive while meeting company standards

• Promote a winning, positive culture, be a team player, and have a passion for helping clients grow their business

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Ability to translate and communicate problems into opportunities

• Presentation experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects, manage time wisely, and prioritize projects and people

• Creativity and nimbleness are essential

• Strong computer skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, social media, etc.

• The ideal candidate would have a minimum of two years of digital sales experience

• Valid Driver's license, and good driving record (will be reviewed)
