Cumulus- Colorado Springs is searching for a digital sales expert that has an accomplished record of delivering client solutions coupled with successful sales experience in a related digital or broadcast field. The role of the Digital Sales Manager is to maximize revenue opportunities by assisting in the sales of complementary digital products under the Cumulus C-Suite umbrella as well as the markets/stations own assets (email, website, app, streaming, podcasts, video and social).

This individual will integrate digital products and services into our robust radio asset offerings and identify innovative ways to meet the marketing needs of new and existing clients. This is a leadership position and will be responsible for collaboratively working with the clusters overall sales leadership coaching fellow sales team members on selling our suite of digital products.

As the Manager for Keysight's Digital and Bench Product Marketing team, you will be responsible for increasing overall awareness, leads, and preference for our digital and bench product lines. Your product lines will include oscilloscopes, AWGs, BERTs, DMMs, function generators, DAQs, and power supplies. This role will be leading a team crafting the marketing messaging for each of these product lines, creating the collateral content that clearly articulates that message, and overseeing the delivery of that content to the market. You will be leading a team of product marketing campaign managers, providing them inspiration, messaging and execution guidance, and campaign delivery oversight. Your team will consist of a team of product marketers and you will also collaborate with a cross-functional team including solution marketing, product management, field marketing, marcom, and brand in developing the overall marketing content development including messaging, positioning, value proposition and competitive differentiation of Keysight digital and bench products. Your team will be responsible for leveraging the web, digital, and 3rd party distribution mechanisms to build and execute marketing programs that grow revenue and increase market share. Responsibilities: * Lead and mentor a Product Marketing team focused on Keysight's HFM product lines * Create and drive go-to-market plans for products to key customer segments * Develop effective working relationships and align marketing vision with external customers and internal executives in product management and field marketing, * Create compelling, creative marketing materials that position our products in the market solidly associating the Keysight name in each of the target product lines * Create and manage product content including website copy, white papers, case studies, videos, market presentations, bylines, blogs mixing the deep technical expertise Keysight is known for, but in a less technical, more market-friendly language * Strategize, execute, and update product marketing plans for each product line, clearly outlining campaign goals and supporting tactics, including * Support of field marketing objectives to drive qualified lead generation and increase sales pipeline. * Creation of customer-benefit oriented, highly-differentiated collateral including, white papers, ROI-based customer case studies, byline articles and campaign positioning presentations to be utilized in marketing awareness and demand generation efforts. * Identify and promote awareness opportunities in field and corporate events, and with analysts and press with thought leadership content Job Qualifications * Bachelors or Masters Degree (Engineering/Technical degree preferred) * 8+ years of professional marketing experience of which 5+ years of experience in a hardware, software or technology product company in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing or a similar role * Experience leading a high performing product marketing team * Proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics * Marketing leader with deep experience in developing messaging and creating compelling marketing material for technical customers * Experience in Business to Business Marketing * Technology savvy with background in one or more of the following product lines: oscilloscopes, BERTs, AWGs, DMMs, DAQs, power supplies, and function generators * Experience leading and motivating a team of product marketers and creating compelling marketing campaigns at billion-dollar market scales * Experience working with executive teams and aligning them to strategic objectives * Creative thinker and excellent communicator * Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and communicate with all levels of an organization Position can be based anywhere in the US.
