Job Description
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Uses various digital channels and resources to pursue sales leads
Builds relationships on digital platforms and turns online connections into offline sales conversations
Develops new business both through new customer acquisition and selling new application/solutions to existing customer accounts.
Presents, demonstrates and sell products or services to potential buyers
Negotiates sales terms and all contracts with prospective clients.
Answers client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience is preferred.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Knowledge of company products, services and business operations to enable resolution of customer inquiries
Computer navigation and operation skills
Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Requires negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner appropriate to any audience (all levels of management, employees, clients and public
Good understanding of the sales process
Requires solid decision-making and problem solving skills
Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements
Requires excellent time management and organizational skills

The pay range for this full-time position is $32.21 - $53.14 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
