Join our dynamic team and be a part the solution!N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking a Digital Project Manager to focus on health care and/or federal government industries for The National Institute of Health Office of Director's. This position is contingent upon passing a government suitability test. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish objectives, work plans, and project timelines for competing needs.
- Work in coordination with the web team to contribute to the overall communication’s digital strategy.
- Communicate project status and updates will all relevant stakeholders.
- Refine project workflows and tasks for development, as needed.
- Respond quickly to project challenges and problems and use timely and sound decision-making to address issues.
- Develop project management standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on analysis of all program and project requirements.
- Conduct analysis of project activities and performance and report findings to project owners and recommend corrective actions.
- Evaluate project cost and performance against metrics and report status and recommend corrective actions to project owners.
- Coordinate, conduct, and participate in important off-site activities and discussions, relevant to project management activities and goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field,
- Certified using Agile
- Experience using Waterfall, Drupal, JIRA, SLACK, and MS Office
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or under minimal guidance.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
