DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER
Digital Project Manager will play a key role in leading our digital marketing team and its efforts in driving digital strategy, brand awareness, and revenue for our multiple health and wellness brands. Under the direction of the Director of Digital Marketing and collaborating closely with both internal and external partners including our media agencies, the Digital Project Manager is responsible for management and execution of digital marketing and e-commerce projects. This will include managing projects successfully, overseeing calendars and delivery, managing website projects, and use initiative and resourcefulness to find creative solutions to digital business needs.
In the role of Digital Project Manager, you will:
Partner with digital team leadership and brand teams to drive digital business strategy and support the creation of a best-in-class consumer experience for the various brands' digital marketing, communications, and websites, including Amazon and other e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
Own the digital marketing, brief creation, and brand content calendar, in concert with brand, digital and agencies to support core brand objectives.
Partner with Head of Digital to lead DTC initiatives, including driving sales, conversion optimization, AB testing, digital ops, planning/forecasting, inventory projections, and program management.
Be responsible for overall site content and ongoing management, including new direct-to-consumer platforms.
Partner with cross-functional teams (brand, digital, and IT) to gather and share out all necessary information for digital initiatives.
Create project plans identifying project goals, strategies, timelines, and KPIs.
Provide up-to-date status reporting for all work in progress.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting review to analyze performance by brand and marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as required.
Support the i-Health team in management of 3rd-party vendors and agencies to successfully improve the shopping experience and drive new traffic to websites.
Complete thorough QA of all website email and digital project initiatives.
Work with sales team to provide leadership with retailers for best-in-class shopping experiences or brand-created content for off-site product pages.
Ensure projects move toward completion by escalating decision points, proactively flagging issues, and problem-solving to maintain momentum.
Support the i-Health senior management team.
You will possess:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 8 years of relevant digital experience.required
Excellent people and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills: the ability to create clear communications, presentations, and briefs.
Acute eye for detail.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Deep familiarity with tag management and/or feed management tools preferred.
Deep familiarity with web analytics tools.
Excellent analytical and communication skills attention to detail is a must.
Proven integrated, omnichannel digital experience preferred
Understanding of digital ad tech partners preferred
Knowledgeable of website CMS platforms and tools preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
